I need to get approval for my itinerary, does TRAVO make it easy for me to do that?

Yes! When you finish planning your itinerary, click the “Send for Approval” button located in the upper right-hand corner. This will open up an email template. Feel free to make any edits to the body of the email you would like, add the email address of the traveler you would like to send the trip to, and click send. The recipient will then receive an email with all the relevant details of your trip and the options to approve or decline your itinerary. Whenever the recipient clicks one of those buttons, you will receive an email with their decision and notes if applicable.
