I want a refund. How do I get a refund?

Canceling/refunding your booked travel accommodations within TRAVO is easy ! Simply click the check-out button located to the left in the blue navigation panel.

 This button will navigate you to the checkout page when you arrive on the checkout page, click the " booked portions of trip" button, this will allow you to view the booked travel accommodations.


To the right of each individually listed accommodation is an action button that allows you to cancel/refund that portion of the trip. Click the "cancel/refund" button to receive a refund.



* Please note, cancellations only apply to cancelable items.
