I want a refund. How do I get a refund?

Canceling/refunding your booked travel accommodations within TRAVO is easy ! Simply click the icon of the 

 Simply head to the flight summary page using the airplane button in the navigation panel to the left.

When you arrive on the flights summary page, click the "Cancel/Refund" button located to the right of the flight you wish to cancel.



To the right of each individually listed accommodation is an action button that allows you to cancel/refund that portion of the trip. Click the "cancel/refund" button to receive a refund.




* Please note, cancellations only apply to cancelable items.
